Interstitial Ads
First you have to load the Interstitial Ad before show the Ad.
First, check that load ad request is already trying to fetch to load by 'BA is interstitial Ads requested'.
If no request is available, then try to load the Ad.
If request is already available, then wait for request to completed.
Now show the Ad after checking that Ad is available to show.
Check if Ad is loaded and ready to show by calling 'BA is interstitial Ads Available'.
If Ad is available to show, then call 'BA show Interstitial ' to show the Ad.
